This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, five 9,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler,
five 25' Linesets, and
five Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

- Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16' center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
- Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
